Award Winning Drama Watch from the beginning to the end Episode 1-6 and it has you gripped from the onset No follow-up or probing the story of the last person to see what the CCTV would clearly show is a murder victim.. who happens to fit the gender and build of the attacker (who is also the estranged ex-wife!). Great from the beginning! I only watched the one episode but it was very bland and seems to be about the same ole story line we've all seen before about woman wants baby fakes pregnancy etc. Was this review helpful?

I did predict some of what happened but that's only because I watch a lot of thriller/crime shows.
I enjoyed "Lady Edith." Overly dramatic and cliché ridden (final episode particularly) the screenplay becomes laughable in many places and the script lacking in sensitivity and any degree of realism further diminishes the viewing. I want to avoid SPOILERS so let me simply talk about the first half of the book. Snooze.... all the characters were very unlikable (especially the mummy blogger...because *newsflash* no one likes mummy bloggers!) Jessica De Gouw on the other hand was excellent.
Contrary to some other reviewers, I didn't think it redundant, in spite of some fairly cliché situations, such as the husband cheating on his pregnant wife or his best friend probably being the real baby daddy - I admit I saw both of those coming a mile off. 5 out of 6 found this helpful. This is a story we've seen before, told in a way or another. Don't understand the negative reviews. 6 out of 6 found this helpful. Allowing the accomplice to get out of the car unsupervised and unrestrained because they "feel sick", watching as they run off and then being unable to catch him even though he is on a high-level road bridge with no escape. Befitting a title that could have been the result of a thriller name algorithm, The Secrets She Keeps honours the tropes of the genre. Loved it, after seeing the low reviews I was unsure but thought I'd give it a go, I'm glad I did. But it's a good watch.

Please The subscription details associated with this account need to be updated. The thing that annoys me most about this kind of moronic show is that it's based so heavily around a police investigation, yet the creators seem to know nothing about basic police procedures, or just decide to throw realism out of the window from the start.
