There are some caveats, of course. Whether you are looking at xStats or the raw Statcast data on Baseball Savant, you may be best served to look at a relatively small sample size of data–the last 100 plate appearances, maybe the last 150. However, to try and answer the question, for hitters, I usually start with VH vs PH% and work backward from there. It is a bit insane, and very unsustainable.
